At Elwood Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange for a different size.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
